- Valuations on real property, facilities, livestock, crops and equipment are available.
- Your loan officer will determine the type of collateral valuation needed to decision your loan.
- Our appraisers use an extensive pool of market data to ensure your valuation is completed in accordance with the highest standards.
- Our appraisers are licensed in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada, with most being Certified General or Accredited Rural Appraisers (ARA) with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Fee Appraisals:
