LaDell has served as an Outside Director since 2005. He enjoys working with the other Directors and the Association's management team in making decisions and dealing with issues to ensure that Western AgCredit is the best place for customers to do business and a great place for employees to work.

LaDell received a master’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University. He is a CPA and a managing partner in Kohler & Eyre, CPA’s, LLP in Cedar City, UT.

LaDell grew up on his family’s farm in Minersville, UT where they operated a dairy, beef and crop operation. LaDell and his wife Kim reside in Cedar City, UT.
