LaDell is the owner and President of a CPA practice specializing in agriculture, real estate, and construction accounting. In addition to his CPA work, he is involved in several business ventures, including real estate, investments, water distribution, and cattle operations.

He earned both his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and his Master of Accountancy from Southern Utah University. LaDell and his family live in Cedar City, Utah.
