Wayne is an owner/operator of a family farming, ranching, and cattle operation.

Wayne currently serves on the board of the Southwest Grazing Association. He previously served on the boards of the Western Farm Credit Bank and the Farm Credit Council. Wayne and his wife Maria live in Cedar City, Utah.
